On day 5 this time. Sober 10 years then started again in 2003. Escalated in last ten years but never daily mostly binge drinking. Been making progress with long stretches of sobriety this year but wife is a social drinker and exerts a lot of peer pressure to join in. Have resolved I need to do this for my health and well-being before I can’t at 62 it’s not going to get any easier. Best wishes to all.
