So the cardiologist told me to drop the cholesterol pills and taking more salt. More salt? (Was it Alpine that suggested electrolytes?). My mother use to extol the evils of salt and I had developed an aversion for the substance. (Why couldn't it have been alcohol instead Mom?).
I put some on my popcorn last night.

Long weekend here in Canada Labor day weekend). It's celebrated here in Manitoba by watching the annual "Labor day Classic" football game between the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and our neighbor the Saskatchewan Rough Riders. (Winnipeg blue bombers are currently #1). The game takes place in Saskatchewan then next weekend is the "Banjo Bowl" where both teams play each other again but in Manitoba.
Anyone else have a long weekend? US? UK? Aus? or labor day classic event?
