I’m having a really hard night. I really want a drink. I have several medical conditions am I’m hurting a lot today. I know a drink would help the pain but make everything else worse. And the last time I drank I had very bad chest/heart pain. It’s been going on a while but never that bad. But I still want it. Makes no sense
