Hope today is a good day for you, Alpine. I am guessing that you already know about this, but just in case, have you tried lying on the floor with your legs bent and knees at your chest and then bending those knees to the right in an attempt to touch the floor (without moving your back to any great degree) and then doing the same to the right?
