Bim, I heard that your area was in for some hot weather. If you have a large basin, try filling it with very cold water and soaking your feet. I find that cooling off your feet tends to cool your whole body. Also, maybe try wetting a towel and placing it in your freezer until very cold and then placing it around your neck.
