SSRIs and SNRIs are notorious for causing anorgasmia. I was on them in my early 20s and could never finish. I told my shrink at the time that the inability to have sex was almost as bad as being depressed/anxious and she changed my prescription to a non-SSRI/SNRI antidepressant and the problem was resolved.
Same exact thing happened to me - so I went off them. Not worth it. That being said, years of alcohol use didn't do me any favors in this area, but sobriety and regular aerobic exercise helps a lot. And not watching porn. Have to rewire the brain.
