Day 5 here. Sunday mornings are hard. Generally everyone's been drinking the night before so I can drink a certain amount without them smelling it on me. But I got some good news on the scale this morning and a few hundred alcohol calories would set my diet back. You take motivation where you can get it.
I’m pretty light in weight but I still love seeing the number on the scale showing I lost something! It makes me feel so good
