I brought it up with my doctor and she told me it was probably a combination of the SSRI and my brain reworking itself and to not be discouraged immediately. It did get better about 6 months out but didn't really return to normal until I quite the SSRI. Don't know if this isn't that common or people are just a little timid but I hope my experience helps you with an answer.
SSRIs and SNRIs are notorious for causing anorgasmia. I was on them in my early 20s and could never finish. I told my shrink at the time that the inability to have sex was almost as bad as being depressed/anxious and she changed my prescription to a non-SSRI/SNRI antidepressant and the problem was resolved.
