SSRIs and SNRIs are notorious for causing anorgasmia. I was on them in my early 20s and could never finish. I told my shrink at the time that the inability to have sex was almost as bad as being depressed/anxious and she changed my prescription to a non-SSRI/SNRI antidepressant and the problem was resolved.
