Yeah 40C+ sounds awful. That is too hot even for holiday weather. I like warm weather but there are limits. Someone on another thread posted that they were concerned about the likelihood of forest fires again.
Cityboy, I had not considered what a bad combination beer drinking and working outdoors in the heat must be. It rarely gets hot enough here for it to be a factor.
It has been the hottest day of the year here today but 27C/80F is not onerous even for a work day.
