One of the greatest gifts of recovery IMO.
The ability to deal with life as it comes.
Not "having" to drink over an event or thought ot whatever.
Having the freedom to choose how a situation or whatever affects us.
Not being chained to the vicious cycle of alcoholism.
It's been a lot of work for me so I know how good it feels when it becomes real.
