Eeek. A deep breath kind of day. Feeling all the feels in that up close, raw way that is life unnumb. Can't say it's pleasant (it's certainly not), but I suppose it is affirming on some level just to be present enough to even feel at all. I know in time much of the bad stuff will fade, just wish there were a way to speed that up. 
Ready for the first weekend in many, many weekends with a clear head.
