Day 29 - Magnificent magnolias !
This morning I went with my friend/ yoga teacher to the wonderful gardens of a local stately home. There was a quiet spot on some grass opposite a STUNNING magnolia tree in full bloom. We did our practice in front of it and had a lovely chat and I felt refreshed and rather empowered ! Now the weather is perking up we will do this weekly - I’ll also practice at home and hope it fixes my ever racing thoughts !
