I have my weekly meeting with turning point counsellor today. We'll be talking about cravings. It'll be interesting to see if she comes up with anything different to the advice on here. I've had some strong urges this week but managed to resist them all. Hopefully they will abate soon enough. I guess I'm only a month and a half in so I need to be mindful of that.
