PalmerSage - Drinking water is so important & I really struggle to even get 32 oz. down. 'They' claim it should be 64oz a day. ick.
Grateful for good tv shows to get engrossed in - a nice break.
Grateful I lost a few lbs. Again.
Grateful many of us are beginning to think for ourselves & seek the truth (instead of being led).
Grateful MrH usually makes dinner. I tend to make high calorie stuff - and too much of it.
