NoGoingBack, you just reminded me that after I quit, I too had some itching. It’s gone now but I don’t recall how long it lasted. Hope yours gets better soon! I attributed it to a bit of dehydration and dry skin but who knows...

After a great night of sleep, I'm feeling better today but yesterday was not fun. Body aches, head congestion and no appetite, which, I could live with, but I need a bit of food to take my Tylenol and the occasional Advil to ease the pain in my arm. Hopefully I'm on the mend. Thank you again for the get well wishes...they helped!!!!
Thankful for my sober days and praying for 24 more hours...
