Day 3 - thank God for SR !
So as per usual Day 3 is (physically) worse than Day 2 (I miscalculated - yesterday was Day 2 not Day 1).
However, thanks to support from SR and my direct messaging buddy, I’m feeling much more positive mentally .
Had my therapy session too which I always enjoy. He said re my son “if you intervene he’ll carry on doing what he’s doing ; if you don’t intervene he’ll carry on doing what he’s doing”.. so better not to intervene and look after me ! I’ll take that !
