A quick note to say I made 4 years of sobriety! I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I knew I needed to stop for years but tried moderation and it didn't work. A lot of changes have taken place over the last 4 years and life's challenges have still been there but I can honestly say that it has one of the best things I've ever done.
