I'll give the meditation a try, never was into them since I did one that said "you try to move your arm, but it won't move" I tried to move my arm, it wouldn't move, I thought I'd had a stroke and panicked!!
Or that might have been a self hypnosis thing.
Anyway I'll give the meditation a try
