thanks ever so much for your message Dee74! I will do that. Must just keep doing the next right thing and soon enough (although it will feel like forever) I'll have my first 30 days again. I'm thinking I need to find a sponsor and get stuck into step 4. I'm fairly certain I know most of my character defects!! I know you aren't an AA'er, I recall you mentioning in another thread.. I'm thinking I probably am. Are you using 12-step recovery methods yourself or do you manage it another way? Thanks!
