Low carb, low calorie intermittent fasting is working for me at the moment.
It really helps with alcohol cravings as well as food cravings.
I am an addict and can't have 'just one' of anything - so getting my sugar / carb cravings under control is important.
They're all linked for me and a carb binge leads to an alcohol binge and vice versa.
I'm only 12 days in but I feel so much better.
