I've been eating low carb with intermittend fasting consistenly for the past week and I hardly have any cravings for sweets. Hallelujah. I'm not measuring and tracking anything just trying to listen to my body. I was even able to do a 72 hour fast which I haven't been able to for a long while. It feel amazing, I'm a lot calmer, my mind is clearer and relaxed and I'm not hungry. Amazing.
