Hello, Im Sharon and I'm an Alcoholic. I'm only one day away from a drunk if I let go of this program. Newcomers are normally recognized as the most important person in the room. So if you are only one day sober all the way to many years, we are all important, special people in AA. When I was very new, it was suggested to grab hold of a coat tail of another AA member and hold on tight for the ride of my life.
