Anxiety is horrid. Certain situations bring it on so I need meds to control. Not permanently, doctors taper me off when no longer needed, thankfully 😊
I am still quite anxious today but I know it takes time new meds to reach a steady state in my body.
It seems like we’re all falling apart health wise after becoming sober.. what is up with that? 🤷🏼♀️
