New to this site
Greetings everyone!
I am recovering Codependent who has a 41 year old daughter who has been in active addition of one type or another for the past 25 years. To say I am at my whit's end is an understatement. To say that working the 12 steps of CoDA have saved my life is also an understatement.
I recently tried to petition my daughter into a rehab or mental hospital; it did not go well. She has refused to go because she has been through several rehabs and in a couple of mental wards. In her words....." I could teach that rehab stuff "
I'm looking forward to learning new things here and also connecting with others who share my world.
