I hope you can find the strength to stay sober too WL. Drinking is just awful in my experiences.

TC, I know what you mean about caving AFTER a big event. I’ve done that quite a number of times. Weirdly wired brains…. So I’m being vigilant.

I’m on day 13. Sober Saturday at home.
I went grocery shopping this morning and also bought some new clothes for work. No temptation to go anywhere near a liquor store. I just keep shutting down any thoughts about drinking as soon as they arise.
