Things are getting better at home. We have set 1 date night a month and taking the kids to the park since restrictions are being lifted. I spending so much time reading and and focusing on my mental health. I buried my problems and turned my head on my mental health. I was lost and under the impression that my image was everything I look top shape physically but mentally I wasn't putting in the work on the most important muscle the brain.
Its like a bodybuilder skipping leg day lol not balance. Thanks everyone for the support.
