7 Days - busy, busy, busy ...
Day 7 and am super busy with my work which is good as my lizard brain can only think of one thing at a time so any thoughts of booze (which I haven’t had at all) would dissipate . My American friend is checking in in 15 minutes for her weekly wellness and self care check up on me ..l I have the greatest friends ! Son is blocked on all fronts so life is quiet (in a good way). Tomorrow I am doing yoga with my teacher outside in the garden of a beautiful stately home .so lots to be grateful for !
