Good morning everyone. I'm really struggling to find my groove and stay in a positive mindset this week. I think it's just a combination of feeling a bit stressed out at work and the amount of things we have to take care of with kids' homework, sports, projects at home and etc. I haven't had time to just relax and clear my mind. My workouts have helped with that but hoping I can regain my positive outlook today and get back to performing where I need to be.
