Almost 1 year/text from daughter
I'll have 1 yr sober on Jan 2. She hardly ever sends me texts. I just got this from her, the biggest reward I've received so far:
"I know i'm a couple days early saying it but congrats on 1 year sober, i never thought it would happen and you certainly proved me wrong. I've never been more proud of someone in my life. I really mean it. You should be happy you deserve to proud of yourself it's like the hardest thing a person can do and you did it."
I can't stop crying and I'm at work! But they're the happiest tears of my life!
