I think my little family (wife, kid, and myself) had the best Christmas ever despite some bad situations. 1. I remained sober and hangover free. 2. We were alone in our house, no visitors. Lessons learned? We'll see.
Reid, that's awful. How terrible for your neighbor's family. I hate farm accidents. Unfortionatly, it is a situation in which people use or come in contact with potentially dangerous equipment and situations but often don't have the training or emphasis on safety that is often present in a more industrial type of setting. I've had friends and family members injured and killed, and lots of close calls, myself included. Very sorry to hear about that.
