This is the plan formulated with the Public Health Nurse who deals with bites. I will try to keep eyes on the cat and if I see him alive until next Tues (that will be 10 days) then I can safely not have the shots. If I cannot determine he is still alive then I will have the shots. That is the protocol she recommends to everyone who gets bitten. The shots here are free. It doesn't cost me anything. I am not going to gamble with my life, after all, it's 2020 ;-)
