what i do know is that i could always find others worse, much worse, than i was.
that ridiculous comparing gave me ongoing excuses to keep going.
i was “bad enough” to want to stop and found i couldn’t.
you will need to decide if you want to stop, and then decide on a course of action on how to do that safely.
