Welcome and I'm glad you know you are addicted. I agree that talking to the doctor who is prescribing the medications to you and get a plan to stop. And, I agree with Buttery's suggestion to go to NA meetings or begin talking with a counsellor to help you manage your emotions as you begin your recovery.
