Toots - Mrs found a remover called a Tick Tornado. Works like a charm. Slip over the tick at skin level, twis and pull. Everything comes out including the head. I even had to use it on myself. Yep. About half the property is woods and there are tons of leaves for them to hide in too. I put tick tubes out in April, but it looks like I'll need to start putting them out in August too.
Here she is relaxing ad then chewing a nalgine bone (she really gets into that).
