But it shows us one thing. You won’t get a massive craving as you’ll be concentrating on your driving. You might really feel like that drink at the end of those 11 hours so be ready for that with a coffee, a Pepsi or whatever.
But whilst your minds occupied with driving, the cravings will hold off. Lesson learned for us all and especially those in early withdrawal is to keep the mind occupied.
