Caring for an aging/ill parent is a true and huge challenge. Remember to take care of the caregiver - hard to do when you are so overwhelmed and your free-time nearing that non-existent point; maybe enlist the help of a relative from time to time so that you can take time for yourself to take a walk, meditate, just escape . . . .
