Bod - I am on day 140+ and I still get really tired. I enjoy the thought that my body is healing and I go with the flow as much as I can (lockdown has really helped with this!). I exercise first thing in the morning, eat half decent and if I need a sleep I get my head down. Sleeping is one of the biggest gifts of my sobriety, I absolutely love going to bed sober
I also used food and my bed as my first and last defence against cravings...when cravings came I would eat something sweet; if I thought I could not resist them I went to bed. No way a can of cider was going to find me in there. Childish? Yes. Effective? Very
