Fatigue
Day 7 for me. I got up early and went for a 6km run. Came back and did some bits around the house and now I'm laying in bed wanting a nap. I got plenty of sleep last night. For the last week I've been needing afternoon sleeps, some lasting up to 4 hours. Is this still normal? How long can I expect this to go on for? I guess I'm worried I'm allowing myself to be lazy and don't know whether to embrace it and sleep because my recovering body still needs it or whether I should fight it and get up! Cheers
