Just ran 5k - I've set myself a challenge to run 5k in 25 minutes on 31 August, and I've set up a little Facebook group inviting friends to run it with me early on bank holiday. Today I did 29.38 and I'm exhausted so the challenge is shaving about 5 minutes off in 7 weeks! Let's see 😂
It really is my mental health lifeline, running, and this is three weeks injury free, the longest since about 2011. Seriously, I've got a long term arthritic condition and booze did NOT help it
