I suspect you know how I am. In general, really well - ok, astoundingly well considering it's me.
Might I suggest a stay in a sober home to teach you the routine of daily chores? It works like a charm. I actually have one whiteboard dedicated completely to my daily chores. And I am now in the habit of "wash/dry/put away" to the point I'm thinking I could get rid of a bunch of dishes because, really, who needs more than one place setting if they live alone? When you come visit, just remember to bring your own eating/drinking implements.
