I am very please with myself and happy this day is here but I want to move past it because the last week and a half its popped into my head too much which cause me to think about it which I didn't care for.
Dee posted a thread about anniversary/relapse and I could relate. I didn't have any urge to drink but this day cause me too much thought.
Hope that made sense and I've lost 20 lbs. on the cookie plan.
