Welcome back!
Early in my sobriety, I saw an addiction counselor once a week. I also came here to SR every day to read and post. I no longer see the counselor but still come here every day.
Reading and posting here reinforces my sobriety.
I hope you come here often to read and post. Especially post BEFORE you drink. If you have the urge to drink, post here instead. We'll try our best to talk you out of it.
