I’m turning 28 this weekend and I’m 16 months sober.
I realized that I have a problem in my early twenties, I think... so yeah, it took me a while.
These are challenging times and I’m often sad and anxious, but I’m way more terrified when I think where would I be right now if I didn’t stop drinking.
