Thank you so much for this post; I really needed to hear this today. It helped me overcome some crazy urges.
I joined SR in April 2014 under a different guise, and believe I remember you from back then (I could be wrong!)
I've been trying to get sober since I was 23, and lo and behold, here I am at 31, still at it.
Determined to make it stick this time, and posts like this fuel the fire, so thank you!
