Oh love, that is so hard. s

As I think I mentioned, my husband has...well did have.....extraordinarily high BP. As in the highest it can get before you have a stroke.
I am an Aussie, and used to advocating for myself as far as doctors go, so I kind of insisted we go back to the doc as many times as it took for her to get his meds right and his BP down.

And yes, so many things affect it and can make it higher.....otc pain killers that you guys must not take, allergy meds.....lots of stuff.
Your GP should know all of this. Perhaps it might be worth doing a tele appt with this doctor?

And I do feel that your cardiologist should be fully invested in getting your BP down. That is this person's job. s xx ❤️
