Definitely normal, just coming out of that. Day 7 for me. I got myself so sick that I got 0 cravings so far and even if I did booze can kiss my ass.
give it another day or two and should hopefully be full throttle or at least close to it.
Hang in there its not easy that's for sure. My job sounds very familiar to yours so just slow it down is what I've been trying to do.
