Little bit tougher day here. Thanks to all of you that asked. I really appreciate it. I had the house problem that I mentioned and did have someone come out today which was stressful. It definitely triggered me. Will be a few thousand dollars which we do not have at moment. But, it can wait for a while. So it will have to wait. But I made it through the day without drinking.
Blood pressure was up all day. I was trying to go all day without taking any extra meds but finally just said I needed them about 7 tonight. That's why they are prescribed and I was putting myself through unneeded hell for nothing. I don't know if it's still elevated from coming off drinking or from the stress of the house or both. Sorry alcohol. You and that damned AV lost today. In less than one hour I will be 96 hours (4 days sober).
