I lurk in these forums almost daily but hardly ever log-in or post. But I just wanted to pass along my thanks to this community for helping me through some tough times. I am almost 6 months sober and have been doing great. I lost over 30lbs, quit ALL of my blood pressure meds, am going back to school, and feel physically wonderful. Mentally is a whole other topic, but I am managing. This place is awesome, thanks!
