I too struggled yesterday. I wanted to drink and couldn't really find a valid reason not to. My av decided I could blot out this next difficult year and emerge when this pandemic is hopefully better controlled next year. So it didn't even pretend it was going to just be a slip, it was a fully planned lets pass out for a year!
Alfie is struggling with being over walked and has gone lame. He needs to rest and I don't like walking without him. He is my little bit of support.
I tried to go shopping yesterday, the queue was approx an hour long and out in full sun so I went home. Gonna try again this morning.
Feeling sorry for myself, not spoken to anyone since Monday.
