Thanks freedom im just so stupid, everytime i get to around 3 weeks, start to feel good i do it to myself again. No pleasure in it just lying on sofa feeling sorry for myself. Ive gone and sent my ex a stupid sorry card in a attempt to reach out. He wont speak to me !! So unless by some miracle it gets lost in post ove humiliated myself again
